Resolved

This incident was a temporary QA verification with no real user impact and is now resolved. The automated checker `sample_checker_aic_integration_ruby` was intentionally configured to fail as part of a verification test on 2026-10-07 at 20:25 UTC, which automatically triggered incident creation. No customer-facing systems were affected.

This is a temporary QA verification incident with no real user impact. An automated checker intentionally failed at 2026-10-07 20:25 UTC to validate incident creation workflows. We are investigating to confirm the verification completed as expected and will provide further updates once we have observed recovery.
